I love the Eucharist and want to share that love with you. The Eucharist is truly the body, blood, soul and divinity of Jesus. This truth is so amazing it defies our ability to fully grasp it. It is an infinite gift of love from God to us since the gift is the fullness of the life of the Son of God.

This site seeks to spread the truth, joy, and love of the Eucharist. Everyone should know how God loves us. God’s love for us is infinite, and in the Eucharist, Jesus gives us all that He is: body, blood, soul and divinity. The magnificence of this gift is beyond our comprehension. Although Christ’s love is freely given, we necessarily must change when we encounter Jesus. In the Eucharist, we feed on Christ so that we can unite with Him. In this, we must become like the One who loves us, and this requires virtue. Virtues are good habits, the habits of Jesus. We need to practice virtue and change our habits to be like Jesus. Practicing virtue is living out our Eucharistic life.

Anxiety and Depression

We live in a time when anxiety and depression are rampant in our society. When I started this site, my intention was to focus on the Eucharist and growing in Virtue. Since then, I’ve seen how anxiety and depression can stop us in our tracks, making it nearly impossible to pursue our faith with zeal and energy. Our Lord gives hope to lift us out of our darkness. It seems essential that any resource today that seeks to lift us to the heights of our faith also addresses the depths of our anxieties, fears, depression, and despair.
